Terms and Conditions (AGB)

§ 1 Scope & Registration

1.1 These terms apply to the registration and participation in the RTR Studio Birthday Party event.

1.2 By registering, you accept these terms and conditions.

1.3 Registration is only confirmed after receiving a confirmation email with QR code ticket.

§ 2 Ticket Types & Payment

2.1 Free Ticket: Grants entry to the event without payment. Registration is required.

2.2 R2R Support Ticket (€10 incl. 19% VAT): Includes event entry plus a €10 studio rental voucher valid for 6 months.

2.3 Payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc. according to their terms of service.

2.4 The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

§ 3 Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Free tickets can be cancelled anytime before the event via email to info@rtrstudio.de

3.2 According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to paid tickets for leisure events on specific dates.

§ 4 Event Rules

4.1 Entry requires presenting the QR code ticket (digital or printed).

4.2 RTR Studio reserves the right to deny entry in case of inappropriate behavior.

4.3 Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

§ 5 Liability

5.1 RTR Studio's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

5.2 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

5.3 In case of force majeure, RTR Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.

§ 6 Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

§ 7 Final Provisions

7.1 German law applies exclusively.

7.2 Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.

7.3 Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
