Studio Rental Rules

1 Booking

  • The time for which the reservation was made is considered the start of the shoot, even if you arrive earlier or later.
  • The minimum studio rental time is 1 hour, which includes 50 minutes of shooting time and 5-10 minutes for packing up and equipment checks by the administrator. The administrator will notify you 10 minutes before the end of your rental time so you can wrap up in advance.
  • The booking is considered valid only after 100% prepayment.

2 Rental

  • The shoot must be completed 5-10 minutes before the end of the reserved time. During this period, the team must pack their belongings, models must change, and all participants must leave the studio no later than the end of the reserved time.
  • If your team remains in the studio for more than 5 minutes after the rental time ends, the client is required to pay an additional amount equal to 1 hour of studio rental.
  • If the studio is available after your session, you can extend your rental time by paying for it additionally. Be sure to inform the administrator about your desire to extend. If another client has booked the studio after your session, extending your rental time is not possible.
  • The renter is fully financially responsible for any damage or breakage of studio equipment and props and must compensate for losses according to their market value. If any issues are detected, notify the administrator immediately.
  • You must wear replacement shoes. If you do not have your own, the studio will provide replacement shoes. Are shoe covers acceptable? Shoe covers are an unreliable option as they may tear or come off, and street dust may still get onto the floor.
  • Any adjustments to backgrounds, lighting equipment, and props must only be made in the presence of the administrator. The studio administrator will demonstrate lighting control, help replace backgrounds, rearrange attachments, softboxes, and other props. If you are unfamiliar or inexperienced with handling equipment, do not hesitate to ask the administrator for help!
  • No more than 6 people, including the photographer, may be in the studio at the same time. An additional fee of €10 per person is charged starting with the 7th participant.
  • Photo and video shoots involving confetti, artificial snow, sand, fog machine liquids, fire, candles, bubbles, or any loose materials must be pre-approved by the administration. The client must also pay for cleaning if necessary and allocate at least 30 minutes of rental time for cleaning.
  • Shoots involving animals must be pre-approved by the administrator.
  • Photo and video shoots involving food are prohibited in the studio. Drinks are allowed only with prior approval from the administration.
  • Shoes worn by models during the shoot must be clean and dry. Black soles must always be taped. The studio provides materials for taping shoe soles.

âš  Penalties

  • If the cyclorama is stained, the client must pay a €50 fee for repainting it.
  • If your team remains in the studio for more than 5 minutes after the rental time ends, the client is required to pay an additional amount equal to 1 hour of studio rental.

ℹ Other

  • The administration is not responsible for items left in the studio. All found items are kept by the administration for 30 days.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all participants in the shoot are familiar with these rules.
  • By booking the studio, the client agrees to the above rules and assumes full responsibility for everything that happens on the set.
